These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between starhk ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("you," "the Player," or "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses the starhk online casino platform available at starhk.app and its associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the starhk platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the starhk Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules or promotional terms that may be published on the platform from time to time.

These Terms are effective as of the date of your registration and remain in force for the duration of your use of the starhk platform. starhk reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an account on starhk, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict requirement under applicable Philippine online gaming regulations. starhk does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register, deposit, wager, or otherwise use the platform.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your location before registering.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of starhk, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be a self-excluded player or a player who has been permanently banned from the starhk platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.

starhk reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the starhk platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — for any reason, including the circumvention of self-exclusion, the exploitation of bonuses, or any other purpose — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your starhk account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number or email address. starhk strongly recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via OTP on your account.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify starhk immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

starhk will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from starhk that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to the starhk support team immediately.

starhk shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified starhk of unauthorized access and starhk has confirmed receipt of that notification.

All financial transactions on the starhk platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). starhk supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, subject to availability and applicable limits:

• E-wallets: GCash, PayMaya (Maya)
• Bank transfers: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other participating Philippine banks
• Additional payment methods as may be added to the platform from time to time

Deposits are generally credited to your starhk account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. starhk is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or network issues.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed identity verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. starhk does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• starhk reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, which may result in processing delays.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Please refer to the specific bonus terms for details.

starhk offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards through the starhk Loyalty Program. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. starhk reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific bonus terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified in the promotional terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.
• starhk reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress will be honored under the original terms.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, placing offsetting bets, or using automated betting strategies — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

The starhk Loyalty Program operates under its own set of terms and conditions, which are published on the Loyalty Program page. In the event of any conflict between the Loyalty Program terms and these general Terms & Conditions, these general Terms shall prevail.

All games available on the starhk platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By placing a wager on any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

starhk uses certified random number generators (RNGs) for all applicable games to ensure that game outcomes are random, fair, and not subject to manipulation by starhk or any third party. All games are regularly audited by independent testing laboratories to verify compliance with fairness standards.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, starhk's decision regarding the outcome of the affected round shall be final. starhk will make reasonable efforts to resolve such issues fairly, but cannot guarantee the restoration of any game state that was interrupted by a technical failure outside starhk's control.

starhk reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is evidence of technical error, data corruption, or any other circumstance that may have affected the integrity of the game outcome. In such cases, the wagered amount will be returned to the player's account balance.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the starhk platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Creating or using more than one account on the starhk platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise tamper with the starhk platform, its software, or its security systems.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other unauthorized tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live dealer or multiplayer formats.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown bug are void and will be forfeited.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward starhk staff or other players.
• Attempting to charge back or reverse any deposit made to your starhk account through your payment provider.

starhk is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe, enjoyable environment for all players. Gaming should be a form of entertainment — not a way to generate income or escape personal problems. starhk encourages all players to set personal limits and to seek help if they feel that their gaming behavior is becoming problematic.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the starhk platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any starhk content without prior written authorization.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any starhk content.
• Use any starhk trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the starhk platform using automated means.

Any unauthorized use of starhk's intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws, for which starhk reserves all legal remedies.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, starhk's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your starhk account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

starhk shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Loss of goodwill or reputation.
• Any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind.
• Losses arising from interruptions to the platform caused by factors outside starhk's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, natural disasters, or acts of government.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information published on the starhk platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude starhk's liability for death or personal injury caused by starhk's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

starhk collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the starhk platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

starhk collects personal data for the following primary purposes:

• Account registration and identity verification.
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions.
• Compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations.
• Providing customer support and resolving disputes.
• Improving the starhk platform and personalizing your gaming experience.
• Sending promotional communications, where you have consented to receive them.

starhk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
• Suspected use of the account by an unauthorized third party.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent Philippine authority.
• Voluntary closure requested by the account holder.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the account holder via the original payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification or investigation procedures.

You may close your starhk account at any time by contacting the support team. Please note that closing your account does not automatically activate self-exclusion. If you wish to self-exclude, please use the self-exclusion tool in your account settings or contact support to request activation.

starhk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, starhk will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms will be effective from the date of publication on the starhk website.

Your continued use of the starhk platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and may close your account by contacting the starhk support team.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the starhk platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the competent courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to game outcomes or account decisions, starhk's internal dispute resolution process must be exhausted before any external proceedings are initiated. To initiate a dispute, please contact the starhk support team with full details of your complaint. starhk will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a resolution within 14 business days.
